Chirag Sagar

Chirag Sagar is a Co-Founder of Mission Matters Media - a multimedia brand that reaches over a million people per month and has a personal brand accelerator to establish, build and scale personal brands. Their mission is to amplify the missions of entrepreneurs, experts and executives through their content. Beyond the media, they have also helped over a thousand people publish books, speak at conferences launch podcasts and media brands, and coordinate PR efforts. Notable clients include Richard Branson, Barry Sanders, LVMH, McLaren, Bentley, Patek, Marriott Hotels, Baha Mar Hotel and Resorts, and more. 

Prior to Mission Matters, Sagar co-founded three other ventures with one successful exit. He was also the inaugural Managing Director for a White-House recognized non-profit that was backed byh the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Blackstone, and Chase Giving Foundation teaching financial education to students in need. Deborah Maloney is leading Transpersonal Psychotherapist, leadership coach, Breathwork expert and founder of All us Humans. Deborah's is a sought-after speaker, retreat host, and founder of All Us Humans, she also delivers transformational events worldwide. 

Deborah embodies a fusion of psychology and spirituality, aligning with the heightened depth that individuals are increasingly seeking in this field. Recognising that trauma and life experiences are held deeply in the body, Deborah transitioned her work towards an increasingly somatic approach with breathwork and expanded states being key parts of her practice. Holly Hines

Holly Hines is the co-CEO and founder of Happy Accidents, a studio specializing in films, scripted and unscripted series, and formats. The studio develops, finances, produces, and distributes global content and has extensive experience with entrepreneurial structures, including treaty co-productions. 

Hines is an EP for the Netflix phenomenon GINNY & GEORGIA. In its first 28 days, over 52 million subscribers completed the first season, breaking the record for longest consecutive days in first place on Netflix’s Global Top 10.  It’s one of the most Googled shows in the world - with over 1 billion TikTok impressions - and has gone on to receive a rare two-season pickup with Seasons 3 & 4 in pre-production.

As Head of Network Development for Spotify Studios, Hines was responsible for procuring all scripted fiction and unscripted content on the platform, with a global audience of over 248 million monthly active users, and executed their implementation across Gimlet, The Ringer, Parcast and Spotify Studios.  

Hines was Senior Vice President, Scripted Programming for Participant media’s network Pivot, managed a budget of $12million+ and created new business models and financing solutions, leading to the co-production and development of original series, including FORTITUDE with Sky and International Emmy-nominated PLEASE LIKE ME with ABC. 

Asesh Sarkar

Asesh is a tech entrepreneur in the UK and US focused on improving the financial health of society.

He is the Global CEO and Co-founder of Salary Finance, a leading employee financial wellness platform. Since launching the platform in 2015, Salary Finance has grown from an idea to a business which now supports the financial wellness of a community of 15m employees across the UK and US, offering a suite of salary deducted financial employee benefits. The business has raised over £125M in equity (from Legal & General, Experian, Goldman Sachs and Blenheim Chalcot) and has funded over £1b in employee loans. Salary Finance was ranked the UK's 19th fastest growing tech company (Deloitte Fast 50) and Europe’s 48th fastest growing tech company (FT 1000) based on 3 years of audited accounts. Asesh is a serial entrepreneur having also founded Work Report, a pioneering digital employment and income verification service, which was acquired by Experian.

Asesh is a guest speaker at Harvard Business School on the Salary Finance Case Study, on the topic of business with social purpose  He is also the Chair of MyBnk, the UK’s largest financial education charity for young people.  Asesh is launching his first book in the summer.

Ashley Olson Onyango

Ashley joined the GSMA in 2021 as the Head of Financial Inclusion and AgriTech.  Prior to joining GSMA, Ashley had been living and working in East Africa, championing financial inclusion and the development of agrifood systems across sub-Saharan Africa for over 11 years.  During this time, Ashley designed and managed funds, investing in agribusinesses and fintechs across the continent, with Root Capital and Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF), to catalyze innovation and growth for wide impact.  Ashley has played key roles in driving and supporting gender lens investing in her work.  She also worked with Mastercard Foundation and Financial Sector Deepening Africa (FSDA), managing large multi-million-dollar programmes, partnering and working with a wide array of implementing partners and key stakeholders in the industry.

Ashley holds a BSc in Management and Finance from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities (United States) and an MBA from IESE Business School (Spain).

 

Filippo Tattoni-Marcozzi

Filippo Tattoni-Marcozzi is an international art advisor and curator, experienced in building private and corporate collections, non-profit organizations, fundraising, event management, media relations, publishing, and luxury brand development. As a gallery and foundation director, he curated exhibitions, managed acquisitions, press and museum relations, and consulted on overall strategy and operations. He has contributed to articles and publications on art, design, fashion and travel and participated in the U.S. State Department's Exchange Visitor Program to broaden understanding of the values, culture and customs of the United States. He advises young artists, numerous private and corporate collectors, and develops tailor-made projects for fashion and design brands and architecture and property development firms.

For British brand CLARK'S he created a series of traveling events and international exhibitions to celebrate the 60th anniversary of their iconic Desert Boot, commissioning a number of limited edition boots designed by leading British artists in support of a land mine clearance charity The Halo Trust. As Brand Ambassador for Italian luxury brand ETRO, he is involved in expanding the brand presence and client base in the USA by developing VIP relations and hosting special events. At The Neiman Marcus Group he has been reshaping the entire Corporate Collection, re-evaluating and re-designing its integral part within the brand identity and a new customer experience across their 36 stores in the US. He has also served in host committees for numerous fundraising events benefitting MTV Re:Define-MTV Staying Alive Foundation, Amfar, Unicef USA, The Dallas Contemporary, The Terence Higgins Trust in London, The Dallas Museum of Art, The Glass House in Connecticut and The Dupont Underground in Washington DC. He has spent 3 years living in Sarajevo as the spouse of the US Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, gaining broad knowledge and understanding of the former region's landscape, culture, art and language and also its post-conflict challenges, trauma and rich future rich potential. His current base is Munich, Germany.

Vicky Tanya Seno

Vicky “Tanya” Seno, a distinguished Computer Science Professor at Santa Monica College (SMC) in Los Angeles, California, is a renowned expert in Amazon Web Services (AWS) education, teaching courses in Computing Services, Containers, Kubernetes, and Security. Since her arrival at SMC in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in developing an AWS Cloud Computing College Degree program and has spearheaded initiatives to broaden AWS education across nineteen local colleges in Los Angeles. As a co-organizer of the AWS Cloud Day and TechUp^ Conference at SMC, she has successfully drawn 100s of students from all over Los Angeles to each event with engaging workshops and competitions.

In 2019, Vicky was honored as an AWS Cloud Faculty Ambassador by AWS Educate for her significant contributions to cloud computing education. Her dedication to promoting female representation in STEM is evident through her YouTube channel, which boasts over 37,000 followers and offers more than 100 tech tutorials. Vicky is a prominent speaker at Amazon Summits and other platforms, where she discusses Containers, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and women in tech. Additionally, she has conducted numerous coding workshops for school-aged children and participated in Women in STEM panels, inspiring the next generation.

Highlighting her achievements, Vicky was awarded at the Digital Revolution Awards in 2021, recognizing her exceptional contributions to the field of digital technology and education. With over twenty years of IT experience, focusing on Linux Servers, High-Performance Computing Clusters, Virtualization, and AWS, Vicky brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her teaching, making a profound impact on STEM education and diversity in the tech industry.

Robin Merritt

As Chief People and Operations Officer at Gainsight, Robin leads global people strategy and company operations across 16 countries, 3 continents and 1,500 employees. Her team is responsible for Employee & Organizational Success, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, the Office of the CEO, Business Operations and Social Impact. She is most ignited and inspired by Gainsight’s values and mission: to be living proof that you can win in business while being human first. She believes that high performance and Human-First values are not antithetical - when companies and employees are performing at their highest potential, both coexist concurrently.

One of her many gratifying experiences at Gainsight has been founding Pulse Impact, Gainsight’s social responsibility strategy, which supports equitable access to careers in the Customer Success industry. Lama Khaiyat

Lama Khaiyat, Founder and CEO of Awtada, a leading Public Policy consultancy in Saudi Arabia. Khaiyat dedicated over a decade to economic development projects, impacting sectors like marine tourism, culture, and sports.

Khaiyat's role extends beyond entrepreneurship into impactful advisory positions. As a former Advisor for Goddess Gaia Venture, she crafted the impact strategy for the London-based venture capital fund focusing on women's health technologies.
 
Her educational foundation includes a master's in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a bachelor's degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
 
Khaiyat’s interests, such as swimming and yoga, are reflective of her holistic leadership style, emphasizing a balance between mental and physical well-being. At work, Khaiyat champions a coaching and mentoring approach, promoting an environment of growth within her team.

English Sall

English Sall is a data enthusiast and researcher at heart. English holds a Masters Degree in Biomedical and Health Informatics from University of North Carolina as well as a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University. English is also a board member of the Sall Family Foundation. Additionally, English sits on the boards of various global health and development organizations including, CARE USA, PSI, The EndFund, African Philanthropy Forum, and Ideas42. English also currently serves as a principle at the Community Health Acceleration Partnership. 

English is a Co-founder and CEO of a company called Cymantix, specializing in discovery and insight generation with unstructured data. English lives in North Carolina with her husband and two sons, 3 Dogs, and 4 Alpacas. 

Jeremy Miller

Jeremy Miller is Chairman and Founder of Health-E Commerce, parent brand of a portfolio of brands that comprises FSA Store, HSA Store, WellDeserved Health and Caring Mill. Health-E Commerce’s mission is to make it simple and convenient for the 100 million U.S. consumers with pretax accounts to use them confidently.

Jeremy founded FSAstore.com after a successful career managing employees, growing small businesses, and seeing first-hand the confusion around FSAs and HSAs. Participant frustration ultimately led to the forfeiture of employees’ tax-free income. In response to this market need, FSAstore.com was launched in 2010, after winning Columbia Business School's Odyssey Global MBA Award for best entrepreneurial business idea. Initial funding came from CBS’ Lang Fund and other angels. Since inception, HEC has closed four successful rounds of financing and amassed a customer base of tens of millions.

Miller is a 2018 EY Entrepreneur of the Year. Under his leadership, Health-E commerce was honored three consecutive years as a Crain's Best Places to Work NYC in 2016, 2017, and 2018 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Awards for one of the fastest growing companies in North America in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Jeremy has been quoted or published in outlets such as Entrepreneur Magazine, The Chicago Tribune, The New York Times and more. He is a frequent speaker at Columbia Business School as well as corporations such as Pfizer and serves as a mentor to health tech entrepreneurs to positively impact both the industry and our communities.

Jamie Marsden

Jamie is a multidisciplinary designer and creative director specialising in brand identity, web design and digital experiences. His approach is to understand client values, audience intricacies and the human voice behind each story. With this knowledge, he can push creative boundaries allowing me to craft timely, distinctive and relevant visual experiences for emerging and established brands. 

Jamie has created award-winning campaigns for global brands as well as empowering ambitious entrepreneurs, startups and those with a story to tell. Recently he has moved into the social impact space becoming CCO with The Undaunted, a social impact collective who, through creative and non-linear thinking, aim to create an undaunted mindset in people everywhere.

Jamie’s philosophy is that good design is driven by elegance and simplicity. Lasting design develops a human-centric narrative to connect on a deeper level. 

Sophie Engstrom

Sophie Engström Koralnik, a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Zürich, Switzerland, runs a private practice catering to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Utilizing her multilingual background, she advocates for tolerance for cultural diversity, social equality, and the de-stigmatization of mental illness.

Sophie's educational journey began with a fascination for the human brain and behavior, prompting her to study psychology and medicine in London, aiming to become a psychotherapist and psychiatrist.

Beyond her clinical work, Sophie extends her commitment to children's social and psychological well-being through volunteering on the board of "The Heart Association," a Foundation providing therapeutic and creative sanctuaries for children, inspired by the UK's renowned "Art Room" initiatives. Additionally, she co-chairs the Society for Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Psychiatry of Zürich campaigning for more mental health service awareness and better accessibility.

Sophie's biography mirrors her ongoing dedication to promoting social competency skills, understanding for mental health problems care and cultural awareness and sensitivity, as she strives to breaks down barriers and foster inclusive, respectful, and tolerant environments.

Meagan Timney

Meagan Timney has been working in the user experience field for over a decade, and has held many roles: designer, researcher, team leader of full-stack UX teams both big and small across multiple industries (gaming, fitness, health, media & publishing, climate change, aerospace & aviation, retail, enterprise SaaS).  She is passionate about building high-performance, healthy teams. 

Before working in the private sector, she earned her PhD in 19th-century poetry at Dalhousie University and was a postdoctoral fellow and assistant professor in Digital Humanities at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. She is also an active leadership coach, supporting and empowering managers to lead with authenticity, drawing from their strengths and personal style, and the individual needs of their team. Outside of her day job she is a trail runner and mountain biker. She is happiest outdoors and in the forest or near the ocean.

 

Anna Urombi

Anna’s work is always driven by passion and the will to contribute to a positive social change - whether that be at the UN headquarters in New York working with youth NGOs across the world, as an entrepreneur on a mission to change the way companies see their own role in the societal development or as secretary general at a foundation empowering youth. With a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in global studies, Anna has over the past 15 years worked both on grassroot level and on institutional level with issues related to youth empowerment, migration and integration, business development and entrepreneurship. Always with one goal in mind - to contribute to a positive change!

Raghu Kiran Appasani

Dr. Raghu Appasani is an Integrative & Addiction psychiatrist, psychotherapist, impact media producer, entrepreneur, and author known for his innovative approach to mental well-being. With a deep commitment to evidence-based practices, he combines psychotherapy, pharmacology, nutrition, and holistic methods to provide personalized care. Dr. Appasani is also a dedicated neuroscientist, exploring the clinical applications of non-ordinary states of consciousness and delving into the human experience and is a clinical professor at UCSF and Mount Sinai New York. As an entrepreneur, he founded The MINDS Foundation, a mental health NGO in India, and serves as the Chief Medical Officer at PYM Health. Dr. Appasani extends his expertise by advising various mental health organizations, including Mud\Wtr, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to improving mental health globally.

dominic kalms

Dominic Kalms is a multi-venture backed entrepreneur and philanthropist with an expertise in Financial Technology (FinTech), Nonprofits & Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), and digital fundraising. He has raised over $50M in venture and philanthropic capital during his career and has been featured in an array of media publications (e.g. NBC, Forbes, CBS, Entrepreneur, BBC, Yahoo etc.) where he discusses philanthropy and impact. He was most recently profiled on the front page of Entrepreneur.com, as well as in the Goldman Sachs Philanthropy web series, and he recently guest lectured a course on Philanthropy at MIT. Dominic is also a well known public speaker and has spoken at many global forums on philanthropy (e.g. Nexus Global Summit, Social Enterprise Summit, TechCrunch’s Global Ventures Summit, Capital One Stories of Impact, TEDx etc).

Day to day, Dominic is CEO of a new venture backed FinTech platform U-Pledge which is poised to revolutionize the way people donate to nonprofits, political campaigns, and crowdfunding platforms. The company is backed by some of the top venture investors in the FinTech world and is supported by many of the nation's largest nonprofits. Dominic also sits on the Advisory Board of Forest Whitaker's Foundation: The Whitaker Peace & Development Initiative (WPDI) & Val Kilmer's TwainMania Foundation. He is also on the boards of the nationally recognized nonprofits: Limitless Resource Foundation, Child Safety Pledge, and The MINDS Foundation and he is a member of The Forbes Nonprofit Council, NEXUS, SUMMIT Impact, and he is an Ambassador for the Global Citizen Forum. Dominic was born in Hong Kong, raised in London and now lives in LA & NYC. He holds a B.A. from NYU + MA from Columbia University.

 

Ayebobo Niang

Ayebobo Niang is a dynamic social entrepreneur with a rich background in sales, business development, and retail strategy. Beginning her career with Peugeot in Ghana, she later ventured into fashion retail in Paris before returning to Ivory Coast to join Jumia. In 2015, driven by a passion for social change, Ayebobo founded two impactful enterprises in Abidjan, showcasing her commitment to empowering local communities.

Now an operating partner at Janngo, Ayebobo channels her expertise to drive sales and business development while fostering socio-economic growth. Her
 academic journey includes a Master's in Luxury Fashion Marketing from Mod 'Art International Paris and a Master's in Purchasing from IAE Toulouse, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and excellence.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ayebobo is a mentor and advocate for gender equality, embodying the belief that business can be a force for positive change. With unwavering determination and a heart for service, she continues to inspire others to embrace entrepreneurship as a means to create lasting impact.

mina olivera

An award-winning actress and writer, Mina Olivera has always been a citizen of the world, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and French. She was born in Rio, and often travelled with her mother on United Nations business, spending years in Switzerland and El Salvador as a child and teenager, respectively.

Mina co-founded NOVICA.com with her mother and husband, Roberto. They launched this mission-driven internet company out of their basement in Santa Monica. Within a few years, they partnered with National Geographic and opened offices around the world. To date, they have sent over $130 million to artisans, profoundly impacting the lives of over 75,000 artisans and their families.

Since graduating with honors from the UCLA School of Theater and Television, Mina has written innovative work. With a background in acting, she used her talents to create her hit one-woman show, "LOL! LATINA ON THE LOOSE" - a comedy that won the Brazilian Press Award. She also starred in the MGM feature she wrote, “SINGLE ALMOST CRAZY.”

Most recently, Mina has served as the showrunner, co-creator, and co-writer of the Amazon Prime TV series, “UNCOUPLED IN RIO”. The show was nominated for the prestigious Pena de Prata Award for Best Comedy Series.

Felicity Hassan

Felicity started her career in London and has lived and worked in New York since 2008. Her personal and family experience has built a deep appreciation for the importance of representative leadership and a commitment to finding great talent between the lines.

After building her search roots on the agency side, Felicity spent some time in-house with Bloomberg and then Audible, helping them build a global inclusive recruiting platform. In her most recent role Felicity served as President for a diversity centric search firm launching their US business… a catalyst in the dream to create TheFind! 

In addition to her corporate role, Felicity is a published author, serves on the Board of WBC, and is a member of Luminary NYC. She lives with her husband and two children in Westchester, NY. She loves running, Peloton, watching her kid's sports leagues, and can be found most mornings getting up to speed with the latest Ossining news at First Village Coffee.

 

Guy Rigden

Guy has established and developed leading businesses and charities in the finance and education sectors in the UK and internationally. He has diverse experience working with government, corporates, charities, media, educators and the public. He has served on commercial and charitable boards. He recently stepped down as CEO of MyBnk, which he led to become the largest specialist financial education charity for young people in the UK. He was CEO of Microloan Foundation in Malawi and ran emerging market equities at Credit Suisse. 

ozlem Denizmen

Özlem Denizmen is a distinguished serial entrepreneur and advocate for women's economic empowerment, recognized on both national and international stages. Her career began as a Financial Analyst on Wall Street, USA. She then took on many high-level responsibilities such as Strategic planning, Business Development, M&A in one of the largest conglomerates of Turkiye Doğuş Group.  She then started the

Financial Literacy Movement in Turkiye through impactful social initiatives and leadership roles. Her efforts earned her prestigious accolades, including the “Young Global Leader” title from the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos and a White House Entrepreneurship Delegate.

As the founder and CEO of Monay, a mobile banking platform focused on financial well-being, Denizmen aims to shift consumer habits from frivolous spending to goal-oriented saving. She also established Para Durumu, offering multi-channel financial literacy content, alongside launching several fintech, media, and educational startups, and founding FODER (Financial Literacy and Inclusion Association of Turkiye).

Her contributions extend to sustainability as the first Turkish board member of GRI, a global authority on sustainability reporting standards.

A well-known media figure, Denizmen hosts a popular TV show, writes a weekly newspaper column, and has published three books.

Denizmen's academic credentials include degrees from Cornell University and an MBA from MIT, with executive education from Harvard Business School AMP, Stanford, GE Crotonville, and Harvard Kennedy School.

Married with two sons, Denizmen's life and work inspires leadership, innovation, and commitment to financial empowerment and literacy.

zimran khan

Zimran Khan, an MPA candidate and recipient of the Equity and Adrian Cheng Fellowships at Harvard Kennedy School, is a seasoned Bangladeshi development professional, innovator, and social activist. With over a decade of expertise in development finance, digital transformation, and social innovation, Zimran has held pivotal roles at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He spearheads AccessEquity, a transformative project aimed at equipping Bangladeshi youth with emerging technology skills, in partnership with Harvard University, UNDP, World Bank, and the Government of Bangladesh.

 

jody giles

With a career spanning over two decades, Jody Giles is a dedicated, purpose-driven social impact professional committed to making a difference. Grounded in humility, Jody has had the privilege of serving in various roles focused on strategic development, wealth management, and philanthropy advisory.

Currently, Jody serves as the Director of Philanthropy at Catalyst Family Office guiding ultra-high-net-worth families in their philanthropic endeavors, creating innovative solutions for philanthropic giving and facilitating impactful giving strategies across diverse sectors. In the last five years, Jody has played a pivotal role in deploying over $1.1 billion in philanthropic capital, showcasing a deep commitment to driving meaningful change.

Lady Mariéme Jamme is an award-winning Technologist and pioneer in system change and a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum. In 2017 she won the Innovation Award at the Global Goals Awards by Bill and Melinda Gates and UNICEF as a Goalkeeper to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by supporting girls and young women globally - businesses and governments. She is a Senegalese-born, French-British businesswoman with over 20 years of experience in technology. Lady Mariéme is renowned for her motivational and inspirational speeches in empowering girls' education through STEAMD subjects (Science, technology, engineering, mathematics, arts, and design) and empowerment of youth living in marginalized communities. She has travelled into refugee camps to empower, enable and teach young girls how to code in partnership with the UNHCR and the United Nations. Michael Norton is founder and director of the Centre for Innovation in Voluntary Action which develops innovative projects worldwide in response to social and environmental challenges. These have included Changemakers, YouthBank, FoodCycle, MyBnk, MakeMyMark Awards and Degrees of Opportunity in the UK, all providing opportunities for young people to take an active role in society. zubaida bai

Zubaida Bai is the President and CEO of Grameen Foundation, headquartered in Washington, DC, boasting over two decades of experience in the social impact sector. She is a passionate social entrepreneur and advocate for women's and girls' health and reproductive rights, now focusing on financial health.

As the founder of ayzh, a social enterprise dedicated to designing essential healthcare products for women and girls, Bai has played a pivotal role in enhancing their well-being throughout their reproductive lives. Prior to her current role at Grameen Foundation, she served as the managing director of social ventures at CARE International.

Recognized for her significant contributions, Bai has been lauded as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, a Maternal Health Champion by Ashoka, and a TED Fellow/Speaker. Additionally, she earned the title of United Nations SDG 3 Pioneer by the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

Bai's impact extends beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors to academia and governance. She serves as a Visiting Social Innovator at Harvard University's Social Innovation Change Initiative (SICI) and is a member of the Governing Body at SEMA (Shaping Equitable Market Access) for Reproductive Health, among other roles.

Educationally, Bai holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Colorado State University. susana edjang

Susana Edjang is the Country Representative in Argentina of CAF – development bank for Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, she was CAF Country Representative in Ecuador. CAF´s member countries purpose is to promote sustainable economic and social change by becoming the green and blue bank of the region.

A Spanish and Equatorial Guinean national, Susana has over 16 years of experience in international development from the Americas, Africa and Europe. Since 2011, he has worked in different roles in various United Nations agencies, including: with the World Food Programme, the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and seven years in the Executive Office of the United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, as manager of his global movement 'Every Woman, Every Child' (Every Woman, Every Child) and as an adviser on economic affairs, social and development. Before, Susana was advisor for global health and climate change in the House of Lords at the British Parliament, and manager of the British NGO THET, which establishes alliances between health systems. Over this period she has held non-executive positions various nonprofits, foundations and networks. Currently, Susana is Trustee of The Power of Nutrition, a global financing and partnership platform.

Susana holds a Diploma in Physiotherapy from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Bachelor's and Master's in Development Economics from the University of London´s School of Oriental and African Studies, a Master's in Public Administration from the JF Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Susana is a 2014 Yale Global Fellow.

 

Milica Zec

Named one of Adweek’s Top 100 Creatives, Milica directed and produced critically acclaimed cinematic VR experiences Giant and Tree. Giant relates the feeling of being trapped in an active warzone, while Tree allows audiences to see and feel deforestation first-hand in a multi-sensory experience, by transforming them into a rainforest tree using heat, scent, wind, and haptic feedback. These VR projects were screened to an estimated 130,000 viewers globally, from Sundance and Cannes Film Festival to World Economic Forum and TED, and over 150 other events. Awards include The Webby, Lumiere, Games for Change Award and many others. Her projects have been written about in multiple outlets including The New York Times, Forbes, Vanity Fair, Vice, and Wired.

Milica worked closely with art world icon Marina Abramovic, including producing the video installations of the seminal “The Artist is Present” show at MoMA. Prior to joining Sandbox as Head of Creative Strategy and Experiences, Milica worked as a Chief Metaverse Officer at InfiniteWorld.

cecilia åhlberg

Cecilia is dedicated to lifelong learning and embraces diverse experiences. Equipped with degrees in Pedagogics, Art History, and recent studies in gardening, she offers a unique perspective as a consultant. Her journey as a parent of a child with special needs has enriched her understanding of varied perspectives, and she is guided by her inner compass with the questions “what do you have to do, need to do and what do you want to do?”.

Inspired by her great uncle, Raoul Wallenberg who rescued Jewish people in Hungary during WWII, Cecilia actively participates in the Raoul Wallenberg Academy, inspiring young people into courageous leadership for human rights. Outside her professional pursuits, she finds restoration in horseback riding and cherishes moments with her family. 

Amber pierce

Amber is a curiosity-driven leader with a work ethic forged over decades as a professional athlete. Her experience across a range of high-performance team environments including sport, tech, and entrepreneurship informs her ability to deliver outcomes and to solve sticky multi-stakeholder problems with high-EQ communication, execution, and strategy. She holds a BA and MS from Stanford, has authored peer-reviewed scientific papers, and serves as an academic research consultant, STEM research grant editor, and technical writer.

As a competitor, she studied the latest in human performance science, learned from world-class experts and performers, and put it all into practice racing her bike around the globe in World Cups and on the World Tour. She cultivated a deep understanding of leadership and teamwork over more than a decade on international trade teams and on the US National Team at the highest level of the sport, earning more than 60 victories and multiple collegiate conference and national championship titles.

Amber now channels her eclectic expertise into podcasting, having founded her own company to explore the intersection of scientific inquiry with real-life application. She also serves on the board of directors for non-profit organizations that support active transportation and women and youth in cycling.

Francesca is a Managing Director at ING Bank in the Corporate Sector Coverage team, in London. She started her career at PWC in Milan and moved to London in 2005. In her current role, she is responsible for originating and developing relationships with UK-based corporate clients across ING’s international network. During her 20yr experience in corporate banking, Francesca has been involved in multiple financing transactions, and transactional banking projects for her clients.

Francesca is passionate about Digitalisation and Diversity. In addition to her main role, she has been involved and has led several projects aimed at connecting front office teams within the bank to innovation and digitalisation initiatives. She is a mentor to female colleagues and has recently co-founded a women networking initiative.

Francesca completed her MS degree in Economics and Finance summa cum laude from Turin University, Italy, in 2004. She is a CFA Charterholder since 2011.

Francesca lives with her husband and 2 sons in London. When not working, she enjoys travelling and spending time with family, hiking with friends, and is learning to play the piano.

alexandra peterson

Alexandra Peterson is an advisor and investor with a particular interest in health and wellness. She is a Venture Partner at Desert Bloom, a next-generation food platform, a mentor to the Good Food Institute and an advisor to PATH, the refillable bottled water brand on a mission to end single-use plastic. She also sits on the advisory boards of Overlay Capital and Rockefeller Capital Management. Previously, Alexandra co-founded Madeira Global, a leading ESG advisory and reporting firm, in 2012. With nearly a decade of experience as a specialized consultancy, Madeira worked alongside some of the largest alternative fund managers, family offices and Fortune 100 companies providing world-class frameworks for ESG strategy and integration. Madeira Global was acquired in 2020. For her work, Alexandra was named a Forbes “30 Under 30” Social Entrepreneur and has been a featured speaker at Yale University, UBS, J.P. Morgan, the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit, and the Nexus Global Summit, among others. Alexandra began her career in investment management at G2 Investment Group, ultimately serving as Managing Director and interim-COO. She has a B.A. from Middlebury College. Alexandra is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Alexandra is based in Los Angeles. 

alria kharage

Alria Monteiro Kharage is the Co-founder and Chief Program Officer of Asude Foundation, a nonprofit organization that aims to provide holistic education to every child in India. She is a Teach for India alumna pursuing a Master's in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Harvard University. 

Alria established Asude Foundation with her partner Vyankatesh, where she plays a key role in creating an ecosystem that guides low-income students to transition from learning to livelihood. Their flagship, the North Star Program, partners with government schools to aid high school students from low-income families by equipping them with life skills. Since its inception in 2020, Asude Foundation has reached over 16,000 students across 72 schools in drought-prone regions of India.

 

ashok rathod

Ashok has been dedicated to creating and leading Sports for development (S4D) initiatives since 2006. His goal is to provide quality football training along with life skills education to children, adolescents, and youth in underserved communities across India. Through his OSCAR Foundation organisation, he has impacted more than 22000 individuals in the last 15 years. Ashok’s own lived experiences in the Ambedkar Nagar slum helped shape the community model for OSCAR Foundation. A recipient of many prestigious awards such as the CNN-IBN Real Hero Award, Badlaav Humse Hai Award and the Apollo Tyres Go the Distance Hero Award, Ashok is also an Ashoka Youth Venture Fellow (2007), Acumen Fellow (2021) and has spoken at many international and national leadership forums on the cause of education.

Lin Shi

Lin is a relentless, practical idealist, focused on building a more compassionate world. She is a soft-spoken, soft-hearted actuary, global consultant, and non-profit leader – working across the public, private, and social sectors to create more financial wellbeing and inclusion for everyone.

She is currently seconded as a Fellow for the World Economic Forum on the Longevity Economy Initiative, advancing financial resilience for all generations.  At Mercer, Lin is a Principal consultant and actuary with over 12 years of experience helping global organizations with a variety of employee needs –from financial wellbeing to inclusive benefits design.

Additionally, Lin is building a volunteer-based, community-led international nonprofit initiative called the Money Health Collective to address the emotions behind money in order to help people heal and support them in making financial decisions that best serve them.

Lin received a Fulbright-Schuman fellowship to study pension economics and labor force exit trends across the European Union, and was later honored as a Fulbright Ambassador.  Lin also serves as a governing member of several NGOs, including as the Board President of Pathways LA, a Board Member for the Los Angeles Fulbright Association, and a Community Champion for WEF’s Global Shapers Community.

Admir, born in 1983 in Bosnia, endured the turmoil of war and trauma throughout his formative years. In 1993, as a refugee, he sought solace in a segregated neighborhood in Landskrona, Sweden.

Social affiliation played a pivotal role in Admir's upbringing. Constrained by limited opportunities, he recognized the urgent need to address the cycle of segregation prevalent in his community. With a steadfast vision, he believed in empowering young individuals to break free from the confines of their surroundings.

Driven by courage, compassion, and unwavering determination, Admir embarked on a mission to create meaningful change. His transformative initiative aimed to provide young people with positive role models and opportunities to shape their destinies.

In 2008, Admir's remarkable leadership qualities garnered nationwide recognition when he was honored by the Swedish King as the best leader in Sweden. The prestigious award underscored his dedication to empowering thousands of young individuals, offering them newfound purpose and direction in life.

In 2010 Admir founded the esteemed organization, Idrott utan gränser (Sports Without Borders). Today, the organization stands as a beacon of hope, impacting the lives of 19,000 children weekly, with a dedicated team of 66 employees.

 

Quen geuter

Quen Geuter is CEO of Trauma Treatment International, a UK-based charity working internationally to supporting victims of torture, trafficking, slavery and war and the organisations that work with them. She also sits on the board of Trauma Foundation South West.

Quen has spent her career in government and non-profit roles, supporting communities and organisations to have a voice, build capabilities and build impact through strategic growth.

Before joining Trauma Treatment International, Quen worked as an advisor and consultant to non-profit organisations advising boards and leadership teams on resource mobilisation, governance and development. She worked in senior management roles for international NGOs Hand in Hand Sweden and Laureus Sport For Good Foundation. Through these roles she developed a wealth of fundraising, communications and partnership development experience and skills formed in varied cultural contexts.

The joys and challenges of working in Sri Lanka post-tsunami and during the end of the civil war proved to be formative experiences, and this is reflected in many of the values that Quen draws on in her role as CEO, mother and community leader.

Quen has a Master’s degree in Development Management from the Open University and has completed modules towards an MSc in Globalisation, Environment and Social Change at Stockholm University.

In everything she does, Quen carries with her a passion for social justice and equality. She is proud to be leading Trauma Treatment International as it moves into its next stage of growth. She joins the board, founders and team in their determination to provide access to essential mental health interventions to those who need them most, in the UK and around the world.

Marc Macaluso

Marc is an entrepreneur and creative talent, currently Founder/CEO of TMW Longevity, a startup elevating the baseline of nutraceuticals to help human beings live longer, healthier lives. Before TMW, Marc was a TV and Film writer repped by WME and Management 360, where he worked with Oscar nominated producers and directors.

Before Longevity and Creative Entertainment, Marc was a tech entrepreneur and early leader in bringing technology into premier ad agencies. At 26, Marc’s first co-founded tech venture, InfoLabs, based on complex adaptive systems, was sold to IBM. He later became the head of product and creative director at Bain Capital backed, DataSynapse. That company was acquired by Tibco. Marc then launched the first Creative Technology division at digital arm of one of the world's most prestigious advertising firm, BBDO New York. There, Marc led large cross-disciplinary teams and launched synchronized global campaigns for Fortune 50 brands. In higher education, Marc has developed strategic plans and brand strategies for universities invested in bridging into the 21st Century successfully, even co-developing a curricula called Compass to assist individuals in finding their direction given the realities of the future of work.

Marc has lectured at The Parson's School of Design in New York, attended Yale University, The Riggio Honors Program at The New School, and Hofstra University. He has lived in six countries across four continents and considers the world his home.

nyathon Hoth mai

Nyathon Hoth Mai is an accomplished climate change specialist, distinguished for her expertise in gender dynamics and climate policy. As a Program Officer and Researcher at The Sudd Institute’s Department of Environment and Natural Resources Program, she has been at the forefront of cutting-edge research on critical issues like climate change impacts, environmental degradation in oil-producing regions, energy sector transparency, and gender-related human rights violations. Her influential work includes authoring several key research papers, with her findings published and presented at numerous conferences and workshops, informing policy decisions, and sparking vital dialogues among policymakers.

In her dynamic role as a moderator for the South Sudan Women Intellectual Forum (SSWI), Nyathon excels in leading discussions on pivotal climate and environmental issues. She brings together South Sudanese women from various sectors, including the diaspora, government, civil society, and grassroots levels, fostering a powerful platform for discourse on challenges and opportunities facing women in these areas.

Nyathon’s career is marked by significant contributions to understanding the intricate relationship between climate change, women’s empowerment, and energy access. Her work at IGAD as a Research Consultant and her leadership in research initiatives at The Sudd Institute have been instrumental in shaping progressive policies and enhancing climate resilience strategies in the region. With her robust experience and profound knowledge, Nyathon continues to be a vital voice and advocate in the fields of environmental research and gender equality, striving to make a lasting impact in her community and beyond.

 

Joy lindsay

Joy Lindsay is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Yale School of Public Health and the Founder and CEO of Butterfly Dreamz, Inc. Based in Newark, New Jersey, and Gary, Indiana, Butterfly Dreamz is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that equips girls to be confident leaders and supports them in achieving their dreams through holistic leadership development, mentorship, and intergenerational community action. Joy is the author and publisher of several young adult books and has worked in consulting, finance, and public education management.

Joy holds a BBA in Finance from Howard University, an MPA in Public & Nonprofit Management & Policy from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, and an Ed.M. in Human Development & Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.  

Joy is a 2023 Harvard University Cheng Fellow, an AMEX 100 for 100 Founder of Change, an Echoing Green Social Innovation Challenge Awardee, and the recipient of the Impact100 Essex County, NJ Impact Award and the BMe Vanguard Award. Joy is a proud member of the North Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She is passionate about education, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable community development.

Stuart Christie

Stuart Christie is a seasoned professional in the sports development sector, with a 15-year tenure using football for social change both in the UK and globally. Stuart's early career led him to a series of football-for-good initiatives, including social inclusion in the UK, HIV/AIDS education in South Africa, landmine awareness in Kosovo and Conflict resolution in the Middle East.

He co-founded the Indian NGO OSCAR Foundation in 2010, driving its growth through strategic partnerships, grant funding, and a life skills curriculum, alongside establishing a UK branch.

Stuart also co-founded the Volenti Academy in the UK, which combines elite football coaching with educational opportunities for inner-city London youths, guiding them towards positive futures in education, scholarships, or professional playing opportunities.

Living in Brighton, UK, with his family, Stuart enjoys travelling and, where possible, often combines his working commitments with opportunities for family trips to help widen his children's understanding of the world.

Dr beatrice bondy

Beatrice Engström-Bondy is an advisor to Karl-Johan Persson, Chairman of H&M, as well as Chairperson of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland. She is also  a member of the International and European Boards of the Weizmann Institute in Israel. 

She has been a senior advisor to Jacob Wallenberg, Chairman of Investor AB since 2005 after having worked at SEB, the leading Swedish Banking Financial Institution from 1995-2005. Prior employments include, Kreab, a leading Swedish Public Affairs company as well as UBS.

Former positions include Chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in the UK (2013-2017) and Chairperson of MyBnk (2007-2017), an educational social enterprise dedicated to the financial literacy of young people in the UK. She was also a member of the Development Board of the London theatre Young Vic until 2022.

Beatrice Engström-Bondy was educated in Paris, Zurich, London and Cologne, with a PhD from the University of Cologne, Germany (Dr.rer.pol); MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a MSc from the University of Zurich in Economics.

She is the recipient of the Swedish Polar Order.
