This self discovery tool will present you with in-depth feedback from key members of your team as well as external stakeholders. GLEOW coaches use Lumina Spark Personality Profile to provide a unique portrait of your whole personality. Helping increase self-awareness, understanding how you work in teams and cope better under pressure. Together you will discover practical actions for improved communication, teamwork and leadership.
